Empowering Voices, Ensuring Safety

WeSafe leverages Technology, Research, and Community building to eradicate Gender-Based Violence (GBV) and support survivors. Utilizing meaningful Human-Computer Interaction, we create impactful technologies, conduct critical research to fill the existing literature gap in Bangladesh, and foster community engagement centered on educational institutions to ensure no one feels alone. With a youth-centric perspective, we explore the intersectionality of GBV and Gender Justice, adopting a holistic approach that encompasses multifaceted strategies. Currently, WeSafe has nearly 700 members, is active in over 20 institutions with its chapters, and has reached more than 50,000 individuals with a strong emphasis on raising awareness.
